REGISTRATION HAS MET THE LIFTER CAP - THERE WILL BE NO WAITLIST

Open to ALL lifters, ages 8 to 108.

This competition has a capacity for 60 lifters.

The definition of a rookie would be someone competing for the first time or someone competing for the first time in USA Powerlifting.

We will be taking extra time for the lifters to cover the rules in greater detail and make sure your first competition or first USA Powerlifting experience is a good one. We will also have seasoned athletes as well as referees to assist you throughout that day.
