Competition Information

Open to ALL lifters, ages 8 to 108.

This competition has a capacity of 60 lifters. Rookie and novice lifters welcome.

Definitions:

Rookie: someone competing for the first time or someone competing for the first time in USA Powerlifting.

Novice: someone competing in their second USA Powerlifting competition.

We will be taking extra time for the lifters to cover the rules in greater detail and make sure your first competition or first USA Powerlifting experience is a good one. We will also have seasoned athletes as well as referees to assist you throughout that day.

Awards:

Medals will be awarded for placings 1-3. Age divisions including Teen, Junior, and Master's will be lumped together by age groupings and scored by DOTS. Open division lifters will be competing based on weight class and awarded as such.
