Competition Information

This competition will have a 40-lifter cap and will fill rather fast. Registration will open on January 1, 2024. 

Placings will be top 3 by DOTS for each division and gender. Teen and Master's lifters will be lumped together by their age division. 

The competition platform will be outside while the warm-up area will be inside of SMG Powerlifting. We hope Mother Nature plays nice that day.

Awards:

Medals will be awarded for placings 1-3. Age divisions including Teen, Junior, and Master's will be lumped together by age groupings and scored by DOTS. Open division lifters will be competing based on weight class and awarded as such.
